  • If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as possible, and the next dose should be taken at the usual time
  • A double dose should not be taken to make up for a forgotten dose
  • *TRIXEO is NOT a rescue medication and does NOT replace fast-acting inhalers to treat acute symptoms.1 ,†

Lung deposition data are from 2 studies, 1 in COPD patients and 1 in healthy male volunteers.7,8 Spirometry and plethysmography were performed in 23 COPD patients predose on Day 1 of each treatment period and post dose on Day 29. Deposition as determined by using computational fluid dynamics and formulation characteristics was 38.1% of budesonide, 40.5% of glycopyrrolate, and 39.8% of formoterol fumarate.18 In 10 healthy male volunteers, gamma scintigraphy imaging study assessed pulmonary, extrathoracic, and regional lung deposition patterns. Mean BGF pMDI-emitted dose deposited in the lungs was 37.7% following a 10-second breath hold.7
