How to Prescribe Trixeo

TRIXEO: PROVIDES A DOSING SCHEDULE
WITH 24-HOUR EFFICACY1*

TRIXEO Aerosphere is indicated as a maintenance treatment in adult patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who are not adequately treated by a combination of an inhaled corticosteroid and a long-acting beta2-agonist or combination of a long-acting beta2-agonist and a long-acting muscarinic antagonist.1

TRIXEO is dosed as1:
  • If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as possible,
    and the next dose should be taken at the usual time
  • A double dose should not be taken to make up for a forgotten dose

TRIXEO combines
3 agents in 1 device1:

BUDESONIDE (160 μg)

Anti-inflammatory action throughout the large and small airways 

gLYCOPYRRONIUM (7.2 μg)

Induces bronchodilation through inhibition of the M3 receptor at the smooth muscle

FORMOTEROL (5 μg)

Rapidly and effectively relaxes the central and peripheral airways†
